Protecting your privacy is important to Origin Seal. This is why we have adopted common principles in our Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected as part of the services offered by Origin Seal are processed using secure protocols and enable Origin Seal to manage the data received in its IT applications. In order to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes, we may disclose your personal data only to :

– Financial authorities, judicial or state agencies, public bodies on request and within the limits of what is permitted by regulations;
– Certain regulated professions such as lawyers, notaries, auditors and bailiffs.
V. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA ?
We retain your personal data for the longest period necessary to comply with applicable legal and regulatory provisions, or for another period taking into account operational constraints. In the case of customers, most information is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 10 years after the end of the contractual relationship.
In the case of prospective customers, information is kept for 3 years from the date of collection or last contact with you.
VI. CONNECTION TO SOCIAL NETWORKS
Our websites may contain various sharing features to social networks, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or LinkedIn buttons, which you may use, with our consent, to share information provided on our websites with your selected social networks. Our websites may also contain links to our own social networks, such as our Origin Seal Facebook, YouTube or LinkedIn pages, which you may choose to use to post comments.
Similarly, various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn, may contain Origin Seal advertisements containing links to our websites. This is based on your searches or topics in which you have shown an interest or when you have attended our events. These platforms may, with your consent, share with us the information you have provided when you choose to follow a link to one of our websites.
The processing of personal information is subject to the privacy policies and practices of these other organizations. Please note that we are not responsible for the collection, use and disclosure policies and practices (including data security practices) of other organizations, such as Facebook, Apple, Twitter, Google, Microsoft or any other application developer, application provider, social network platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider or device manufacturer, including personal information you disclose to other organizations through or in connection with our social media features and/or advertising.
For this purpose we process your name, e-mail address, IP address, photo, social media contact list and any other information we may have access to when you use social media features, such as liking Origin Seal’s social media page.
We carry out these activities with your consent, to manage our contractual relationship with you and/or because we have a legitimate interest.
VII. EMBEDDED CONTENT FROM OTHER WEBSITES ?
Articles on this site may include embedded content (for example, videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other sites behaves in the same way as if the visitor had visited the other site.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, integrate additional third-party tracking tools and monitor your interactions with this embedded content, including your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to this website.
VIII. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA ON OUR WEBSITES ?
In order to enable us to make relevant comparisons of audiences over time, the lifetime of our trackers is 13 months and is not automatically extended for new visits.
The information collected via these cookies is kept for a maximum of twenty-five months.
Visitors may ask us at any time to rectify, delete or return their personal data.

The information collected through our contact form on our site are recorded in a computerized file on behalf of the site Origin Seal by o2switch (in its capacity as host) to ensure the proper functioning of the site Origin Seal. At no time o2switch can make any use of these personal data, only the site Origin Seal can make use of it.
You can accept or decline cookies. Origin Seal will retain this information for a period of 6 months.

What is metadata ?

Decree no. 2022-1327 limits the retention period for metadata to one year.

– Right to data portability, where applicable, you have the right to have the personal data you have provided us with returned to you or, where technically possible, transferred to a third party;

– Right to withdraw your consent : if you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
